Our Services
A full range of high quality commercial and scientific diving operations across Tasmania, mainland Australia and South East Asia.
Commercial & Scientific Diving
Subsea Access has over 15 years of working experience involving Environmental and Scientific diving throughout Australia, much of it carried out in remote areas under adverse conditions. We have the personnel and physical resources to deliver a full range of diving operations.
Ship & In-Water Surveys
Subsea Access is certified to carry out in-water ship class surveys by Lloyd's Register Marine and has done so for TasPorts, North Western Shipping and the Bruny Island Ferry company. This certification means we can also carry out in-water repairs, cleaning and damage identification on any class of vessel being inspected.
We also conduct in-water cleaning of large commercial vessels such as the Roche ferry fleet using Cavit Cleaning, a technology that does no damage to the vessel's anti-fouling.

Bridge Inspections & Repairs
Subsea Access has carried out specialised bridge inspections throughout Australia for asset management companies such as Opus International Engineering, John Holland Group, Zaganite, TasSpan and the Tasmanian Government. For many of these organisations we are now the preferred diving contractor.
Much of this inspection work includes a preventative maintenance program, such as the installation of heavy duty protective jackets on all piles of the Tasman Bridge.
