Tasman Bridge Pile Protection

With TasSpan, Subsea Access was awarded the contract to install heavy duty protective jackets around the 6.5m piles of the Tasman Bridge to prevent corrosion, along with underwater concrete repairs, tie rods, marine growth removal and concrete coring for analysis.

A 5 person dive team worked 6 days a week using HP water jets, hydraulic grinders, corers and drills.
